摘要
与天然气长输管道相比,天然气站场露天区域具有设备设施多,工艺流程复杂,焊接和密封点分布高度集中等特点,更容易发生泄漏事件。目前人工巡检方式准确性和效率较低,不适应站场区域化发展要求。通过对常用的可燃气体泄漏检测技术进行分析,明确了各种方法的优势和局限性,测试了探测距离、响应时间和示值误差等性能指标,提出了兼顾泄漏检测可行性和可靠性的技术要求和配置建议。由于超声气体泄漏探测器对于微量泄漏检测效果较差,激光可燃气体探测器容易受大风影响,一般天然气站场露天区域可燃气体泄漏检测推荐采用云台扫描式激光可燃气体探测器,大风环境下可采用云台扫描式激光可燃气体探测器和超声气体泄漏探测器相结合的方式。
Compared with long-distance natural gas pipelines,the open air areas of natural gas stations have the characteristics of many equipment and facilities,complex process flow,highly concentrated distribution of welding and sealing points,and is more prone to leakage events.At present,the accuracy and efficiency of manual patrol inspection are low,which does not meet the requirements of station regionalization development.Through the analysis of common combustible gas leakage detection technologies,the advantages and limitations of various methods are clarified,and the performance indexes such as detection distance,response time,and indication error are tested.The technical requirements and configuration suggestions considering the feasibility and reliability of leakage detection are put forward.Due to the poor effect of ultrasonic gas leak detector on micro leakage detection,and the laser combustible gas detector is easily affected by strong winds,the PTZ scanning laser combustible gas detector is recommended for combustible gas leakage detection in the open air area of natural gas stations,the combination of PTZ scanning laser combustible gas detector and ultrasonic gas leakage detector can be used in strong wind environments.
