油田双层系智能化橇装集中处理站研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 长庆油田开发区域地形破碎的特点导致其站场建设过程中征地困难及站场用地紧张,产能持续上升造成人力资源紧张,且低油价的冲击要求油田通过技术革新实现降本增效。以长庆油田现有一体化集成装置研发能力及装置和站场智能化设计技术为基础,结合油田开发过程中地面工程部分较为突出的净化油及采出水处理水平不达标、分层处理设备站场占地面积大等问题,通过不断探索研发了双层系智能化橇装集中处理站。双层系橇装集中处理站的建设在很大程度上解决了长庆油田站场建设用地紧张的局面。智能化技术的应用提高了地面工程生产系统的效率,智能化技术的发展助推了集中处理站产品合格率的提高。长庆油田双层系智能化橇装集中处理站的研究及应用不仅实现了油田开发建设过程中站场土地资源利用最大化、人力资源使用最优化,且在环保及征地要求日益严格的背景下为全国各大油田规模开发提供了思路。 The fractured terrain of Changqing Oilfield has led to difficulties in land acquisition and insufficient land for the station during the construction of the station.The continuous increase in production capacity has caused a shortage of human resources.The impact of low oil prices requires oilfields to reduce costs and increase efficiency through technological innovation.Based on the research and development capability of the existing integrated device and the intelligent design technology of the device and the station in Changqing Oilfield,combined with the outstanding problems of the surface engineering in the development process of the oilfield,such as the treatment level of purified oil and produced water is not up to standard,and the station of the layered treatment equipment occupies a large area,the double-layer intelligent skid-mounted centralized processing station is gradually developed through continuous exploration.The construction of the double-layer skid-mounted centralized processing station has largely solved the shortage of construction land in Changqing Oilfield station.The application of intelligent technology improves the efficiency of the surface engineering production system.At the same time,the development of intelligent technology boosts the qualified rate of the centralized processing station.The research and application of the double-layer intelligent skid-mounted centralized processing station not only maximizes the utilization of land resources and human resources in the development and construction of oilfield,but also provides ideas for large-scale oilfield development in China under the background of environmental protection and increasingly strict land requisition requirements.
