摘要
将三年制高职老年服务与管理专业学生83人随机分为体验式教学组和传统教学组,比较两组学生的理论和技能成绩,人文关怀及对学习效果的自我评价。结果显示,体验式教学组的理论和技能成绩均高于传统教学组(P<0.5);学生人文关怀能力提升;对学习效果的积极评价人数明显高于传统教学组。研究表明,体验式教学法效果较好,突出了学生的主体地位,体现了“知行合一”的目标,体现了多元化、系统化和多维度的评价,注重学生自我价值感、自我获得感的培养,提升了学生的人文关怀能力。
Eighty-three students majoring in service and management for the aged in three-year higher vocational colleges were randomly divided into experiential teaching group and traditional teaching group,and the theoretical and skill scores and humanistic care and self-evaluation of learning effect of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the theoretical and technical scores of experiential teaching group were higher than those of traditional teaching group(P<0.5),the humanistic care ability of experiential teaching group was improved,and the number of students in the experiential teaching group who positively evaluated the learning effect was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group.The research shows that the experiential teaching method has a good effect,which highlights the subject status of students,reflects the goal of "the integration of knowledge and action",reflects the diversified,systematic and multidimensional evaluation,pays attention to the sense of self-worth and self-gain,and improves the humanistic care ability of students.
