烧嘴射速对三层发泡陶瓷隧道窑的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 发泡陶瓷是应对当前建筑能耗过大而兴起的绿色建筑材料,隧道窑是生产泡沫陶瓷的主要热工设备,为了应对当前建筑的过度能源消耗而出现的。为了提高产量和减少能源消耗,市场上已经开发了用于烧制三层泡沫陶瓷产品的隧道窑,研究了燃烧器喷射速度对三层泡沫陶瓷产品隧道窑内温度和速度场的影响,以促进燃烧器性能的选择和优化。通过使用fluent进行数值模拟,分析了不同流速下燃烧器的火焰长度和温度场均匀性,得到当燃烧器的射速为110 m/s时,火焰长度最佳(1.2 m),窑内的温度均匀性最好。 Foamed ceramics are green building materials to cope with the excessive energy consumption of the current building.Tunnel kiln is the main thermal equipment for the production of foam ceramics,in order to cope with the excessive energy consumption of the current building.In order to increase production and reduce energy consumption,a tunnel kiln for firing three-layer foam ceramic products has been developed on the market.The influence of burner injection speed on the temperature and velocity field in the tunnel kiln of three-layer foam ceramic products is studied to promote the selection and optimization of burner performance.By using fluent for numerical simulation,the flame length and temperature field uniformity of the burner under different flow rates are analyzed.The results show that when the firing rate of the burner is 110 m/s,the flame length is the best(1.2 m),and the temperature uniformity in the kiln is the best.
