摘要 第二次世界大战期间,英国电影业和政府战时宣传均面临困境,政府将电影纳入国家战时宣传事业,在管理体制、市场传播和价值塑造等方面强化对电影业的干预力度,构建起服务于国家战争事业的电影制作和放映体系。战时电影展现了英国的民族特性、国家形象、爱国情感,实现了媒介与政治之间的良性互动。英国的电影宣传反映了战时国家动员体系在社会各领域的强势渗透,为国家政治话语提供了媒介支持,在推动电影业发展的同时,凝聚了民众对反法西斯战争的认同和支持,继而在一定程度上启发并推动了战后英国社会变革。 During World War Ⅱ, the development of British film industry and the wartime publicity of the government faced difficulties. The British government incorporated films into the national wartime publicity, strengthened its intervention in the film industry in terms of management system, marketing communication and value shaping, and constructed a film production and projection system serving the national war cause. Wartime films showed the national characteristics, national image and patriotic emotion of Britain, and realized good interaction between media and politics. The British film publicity reflected the strong penetration of the wartime national mobilization system in various fields of society, provided media support for the national political discourse. Moreover, it not only promoted the development of the film industry, but also condensed the popular recognition and support for the national war cause, and then inspired and promoted the post-war British social reform to a certain extent.
