Institutionalized Humanization System:Marxist View on Human System

在唯物史观的宏大叙事中,社会形态的演变伴随着人和制度伴生关系的发展。马克思主义的人学理论和制度观揭示了人和制度的发展规律。制度与人的关系从原始状态的人服从于制度,发展到制度服务于人,再发展到人的制度信任,经历了“人化制度”和“制度化人”的过程。中国特色社会主义制度建设应该遵循马克思主义人学制度观,使制度越来越完善,使人在制度中全面发展。

In the grand narrative of historical materialism,the evolution of social form is accompanied by the development of the accompanying relationship between man and system.Marxist theory of human and institutional view reveal the development law of man and system.The relationship between system and human has experienced the process of humanization system and institutionalization,from the original state of people obeying the system,to the system serving people,and then to the institutional trust of people.Humanization system is that people make the system instrumental,environmental,personalized.Institutionalized people,that is,the system affects people’s way of life,behavior interaction and social order.Nowadays,the construction of socialist system with Chinese characteristics should follow the Marxist view of human science system,make the system more and more perfect,and make people develop in an all-round way in the system.
