儒家“成人”教育:“立德树人”的中华传统文化根基——基于中国学生发展核心素养的分析

Confucian Education for Success:The Roots of Traditional Chinese Culture of Moral Education——An analysis based on the core qualities of Chinese students

深入开掘和阐发立德树人的中华传统文化根基,是落实立德树人教育方针的必然要求和现实需要。儒家“成人”教育思想是立德树人重要的传统文化根基,体现在“人是什么、树什么人、如何树人(立德)”三个方面。基于中国学生发展核心素养的分析可以发现,关于“人是什么”,立德树人和儒家“成人”教育都把人的本质理解为是个人、社会、文化(人类)三个层面的动态统一、不断扩展的复杂系统;关于“树什么人”,儒家三位一体论的“成人”教育目标是立德树人人才观的传统文化根基;关于“如何树人(立德)”,儒家“内圣外王”“知行合一”“礼乐合一”“美善合一”的“成人”教育原则是立德树人育人观的传统文化根基。

It is an essential requirement and a realistic need to implement the educational policy of moral education by exploring and expounding the traditional Chinese cultural roots of such policy.The ideology of Confucian education for success is an important traditional cultural foundation of moral education,which is represented in the three facets:what is moral education for a person?which parts should be included in the education?how to teach the?Based on the analysis of the core qualities of Chinese students,it can be found that,with regard to"what is moral education for a person",both moral education and Confucian education understand the nature of a person as a dynamic,unified?expanding and complex system of individual,social and cultural(human).With regard to"which parts should be included in the education?",the Conlucian Trinity’s goal of"success"education is the traditional cultural foundation of the concept of cultivating people through moral education;with regard to"how to teach them?(establish morality)",the Confucian principles of"success"education,namely"saint inside and king outside","unity of knowledge and action","the combination of rites and music"and"unity of beauty and kindness",are the traditional cultural foundation of the concept of cultivating people through moral education.
