摘要
目的:研究天津地区妇科疾病患者高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染情况。方法:收集2017年1月~2018年3月我院妇科门诊及妇科住院患者宫颈分泌物标本,采用荧光PCR法筛查14种高危型HPV的感染情况。结果:2097例患者标本中435例患者检测出高危型HPV,检出率为20.74%。检出前5位的型别为:HPV16、52、58、51、56型。单一型别感染率为52.48%,二重感染率为29.12%,多重感染率为18.40%。其中单一型别感染率最高(χ^(2)=170.82,P<0.01)。高危型HPV重度感染率为8.96%,中度感染率为49.28%,轻度感染率为41.76%。中度感染率最高(χ^(2)=258.57,P<0.01)。5个不同年龄组间高危型HPV感染率比较无显著差异(χ^(2)=9.08,P>0.05)。结论:天津地区妇科患者高危型HPV感染率为20.74%,感染前5位的型别为:HPV16、52、58、51、56型。以单一型别感染率为最高,感染程度以中度感染率为最高。不同年龄组患者高危型HPV感染率无显著性差异。
Objective:To study the infection of high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)in patients with gynecological diseases in Tianjin area.Methods:Cervical secretions were collected from outpatients and inpatients in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018,and the infection of 14 types of high-risk HPV was screened by fluorescence PCR.Results:High-risk HPV was detected in 435 of 2097 patients,and the positive rate was 20.74%.The top 5 detected types were HPV type 16,52,58,51 and 56.The single infection rate was 52.48%,the double infection rate was 29.12%,and the multiple infection rate was 18.40%.The infection rate of single type was the highest(χ^(2)=170.82,P<0.01).Severe,moderate and mild infection rates of high-risk HPV were 8.96%,49.28%,and 41.76%,respectively.Moderate infection rate was the highest(χ^(2)=258.57,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the infection rate of high-risk HPV among 5 different age groups(χ^(2)=9.08,P>0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of high-risk HPV in patients with gynecological diseases in Tianjin was 20.74%,and the top 5 types of HPV infection were HPV-16,HPV-52,HPV-58,HPV-51 and HPV-56.The single type infection rate and the moderate infection rate was the highest.There is no significant difference in high-risk HPV infection rate among patients of different age groups.
