摘要
为了解决自升式平台甲板上吊机底座与平台甲板连接处应力集中的问题,文章在自升式平台吊机实际操作状态下,结合规范要求进行载荷组合,选取相应的安全系数计算许用应力,并通过有限元计算软件SESAM/GENIE对吊机底座结构和平台甲板加强结构进行局部强度校核,研究方法和结论可为类似吊机项目提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of stress concentration at the connection between the crane foundation and the platform deck on the jack-up platform deck,the load combination is carried out in combination with the requirements of the specification,the corresponding safety factor is selected to calculate the allowable stress,and the local strength of the crane base structure and the reinforced structure of the platform deck are checked through the finite element calculation software SESAM/GENIE.The research methods and conclusions can provide reference for similar crane projects.
