中医护理在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用及其对血糖控制的效果

Application of TCM Nursing in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Its Effect on Blood Glucose Control

目的 分析中医护理在老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用及其对血糖控制的效果与价值。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月本院收治的老年T2DM患者80例,所有患者均采用糖尿病对症治疗,随后按照不同的护理方案分为两组开展对比调研。其中对照组40例采用常规护理,剩余40例作为试验组采用中医护理。护理后,对比两组患者的血糖控制率、运动评分、药物依从性、饮食控制及健康知识掌握程度。结果 护理后,试验组患者的血糖控制率和运动评分、患者药物依从性、饮食控制情况明显较对照组更高,与此同时,在健康教育后知识程度的掌握中,试验组比对照组患者了解的更为完备,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后在生活质量指标对比中,试验组患者各项结果优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 针对老年T2DM患者,除常规治疗外针对患者实施中医护理,有助于老年患者日常血糖的自我管理,加深了对护理人员工作的理解和支持,明显改善患者的运动、饮食以及药物依从性,同时可使患者对于糖尿病的认知以及知识储备更完善,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application of TCM nursing in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its efiect and value on blood glucose control. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the hospital, and all patients were treated with diabetes symptomatic treatment, and then divided into two groups according to difierent nursing plans for comparative investigation. Among them, 40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional nursing, and the remaining 40 cases were treated as the experimental group with traditional Chinese medicine nursing. After care, the glycemic control rate, exercise score, medication compliance, diet control, and health knowledge mastery of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the blood glucose control rate and exercise score,drug compliance and diet control of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and at the same time, in the mastery of the knowledge level after health education, the experimental group had a more complete understanding than the control group(P<0.05). In the comparison of quality of life indicators after nursing care, the results of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, in addition to conventional treatment, the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients is conducive to the self-management of daily blood glucose of elderly patients, deepens the understanding and support of the work of nursing stafi, significantly improves patients’ exercise, diet and drug compliance, and can make patients’ cognition and knowledge reserves of diabetes more perfect, which has clinical promotion value.
