帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗抑郁症合并性功能障碍的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Paroxetine Combined with Trazodone on Depression with Sexual Dysfunction

目的 分析探究帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗抑郁症合并性功能障碍的疗效。方法 选择62例于2018年5月至2019年5月期间在我院治疗的抑郁症合并性功能障碍患者,以随机数字分组的方式分为两个不同的组别,每组平均为31例;对照组单用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组患者实行帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗,然后对比两组临床治疗效果。结果 (1)治疗前,两组在HAMD评分[观察组(26.51±2.94)分、对照组(26.47±2.93)分]没有显著差异性(P>0.05);经积极医治后2周、4周、6周,观察组在HAMD评分方面依次是(20.37±2.38)分、(13.28±2.15)分、(8.24±2.09)分均显著要比对照组依次是(23.28±2.57)分、(18.54±2.46)分、(13.48±2.35)分低(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前,对照组的IIEF-5评分(9.15±1.32)分、治疗后2周为(9.84±1.72)分、治疗后4周为(11.52±3.29)分及治疗后6周为(12.78±4.16)分;观察组IIEF-5评分治疗前为(9.16±1.34)分、治疗后2周为(9.98±1.94)分、治疗后4周为(13.67±4.28)分及治疗后6周为(15.89±5.37)分。结合数据可知,两组治疗前IIEF-5评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后2周、治疗后4周、治疗后6周,观察组的IIEF-5评分与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05)。(3)对照组治疗前泌乳素为(25.60±4.08)μg/L、治疗后2周为(23.17±3.78)μg/L、治疗后4周为(21.90±3.60)μg/L、治疗后6周为(17.91±2.45)μg/L;观察组治疗前泌乳素为(25.41±4.11)μg/L、治疗后2周为(20.38±3.56)μg/L、治疗后4周为(18.14±3.61)μg/L、治疗后6周为(14.23±2.11)μg/L。结合研究数据结果可知,两组治疗前泌乳素比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后2周、治疗后4周、治疗后6周,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)观察组的不良反应的总发生率3.23%,与对照组的不良反应的总发生率22.58%相比明显更低(P<0.05)。结论 应用帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗抑郁症合并性功能障碍,可以降低抑郁程度,促进性功能障碍最大程度地改善,并降低泌乳素、不良反应的总发生率,促进疾病康复,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Paroxetine Combined with trazodone in the treatment of depression complicated with sexual dysfunction. Methods A total of 62 patients with depression complicated with sexual dysfunction treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected, were randomly divided into two difierent groups, with an average of 31 cases in each group;The control group was treated with paroxetine alone, and the observation group was treated with Paroxetine Combined with trazodone, and then the clinical efiects of the two groups were compared. Results(1) Before treatment, there was no significant difierence in HAMD score between the two groups [observation group(26.51±2.94) points and control group(26.47±2.93) points](P>0.05). After two, four, and six weeks of active treatment, The HAMD scores of the observation group were(20.37±2.38) points,(13.28±2.15) points,(8.24±2.09) points, respectively, significantly lower than those of the control group(23.28±2.57) points,(18.54±2.46) points,(13.48±2.35) points(P<0.05).(2) Before treatment, the IIEF-5 score of the control group was(9.15±1.32) points before treatment,(9.84±1.72) points 2 weeks after treatment,(11.52±3.29) points 4 weeks after treatment and(12.78±4.16)points 6 weeks after treatment. The IIEF-5 scores of the observation group were(9.16±1.34) points before treatment,(9.98±1.94) points 2weeks after treatment,(13.67±4.28) points 4 weeks after treatment and(15.89±5.37) points 6 weeks after treatment. Combined with the data,there was no significant difierence in IIEF-5 score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). Iief-5 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).(3) The prolactin of control group was(25.60±4.08) μg/L before treatment,(23.17±3.78) μg/L 2 weeks after treatment,(21.90±3.60) μg/L 4 weeks after treatment,(17.91±2.45) μg/L 6 weeks after treatment;In the observation group, the prolactin levels were(25.41±4.11) μg/L before treatment,(20.38±3.56) μg/L 2 weeks after treatment,(18.14±3.61) μg/L 4 weeks after treatment, and(14.23±2.11) μg/L 6 weeks after treatment. Combined with the data, there was no significant difierence in prolactin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).(4) The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.23%, significantly lower than that in the control group(22.58%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of paroxetine combined with trazodone in depression combined with sexual dysfunction can reduce the degree of depression, promote the maximum improvement of sexual dysfunction, and reduce the total incidence of prolactin and adverse reactions, promote disease rehabilitation, worth promoting.
