数字X线摄影技术在放射科中的应用

摘要 目的 研究数字X线摄影技术在放射科当中应用的价值。方法 将2018年1月至2019年8月到我院放射科接受检查的66例疑似病例作为研究对象,入院以后对所有患者均开展传统的摄影技术检查和X线摄影技术检查,并将最终的复诊结果作为金标准,研究数字X线摄影技术比传统的摄影技术的优势以及数字X线技术在放射科诊断当中的价值等。结果 (1) 66例疑似病例经过复诊确诊65例,经传统的摄影技术检出45例,经数字X线摄影技术检出63例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经数字X线摄影技术检出的阴性预测值、敏感度、特异度、准确度、误诊率、漏诊率、约登指数与传统的摄影技术相比均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),两种检验方法的阳性检出率方面没有差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)数字X线摄影技术和传统摄影技术在图像质量评级方面存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过数字X线摄影技术在放射科对患者进行检查具有良好的应用价值,可以充分解决因光线散射而导致的图像模糊问题,实现对数字化过程的优化,并且对信息流失等情况进行控制,提升整体图像的清晰度和分辨率,检验质量优于传统的摄影技术,值得推荐。 Objective To study the value of digital X-ray photography in radiology. Methods The 66 suspected cases who were examined in the radiology department of our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were used as the research objects. After admission, all patients were subjected to traditional photographic technology inspection and X-ray photography technology inspection, and the final the results of follow-up visits are the gold standard to study the advantages of digital X-ray technology over traditional photography and the value of digital X-ray technology in radiology diagnosis. Results(1) Sixty-six suspected cases were confirmed after re-diagnosis, 45 cases were detected by traditional photography technology, 63 cases were detected by digital X-ray photography technology(P<0.05).(2) The negative predictive value, sensitivity, specificity,accuracy, misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate, and Youden index detected by digital radiography technology are statistically difierent compared with traditional photography technology(P<0.05), two test method is positive, there is no difierence in detection power, and the difierence is not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3) There are difierences in image quality ratings between digital radiography and traditional photography(P<0.05). Conclusion Digital X-ray photography technology has good application value in the radiology department. It can fully solve the problem of image blur caused by light scattering, realize the optimization of the digital process, and control the loss of information, and improve the sharpness and resolution of the overall image, and the inspection quality is better than traditional photography techniques, and it is worth recommending.
