Psychological Empowerment and Its Implications for the Healthy Growth of Adolescents

摘要 目的 评价心理赋能应用在青少年健康成长中的效果。方法 本研究时间为2018年8月至2019年8月,将在此期间到医院心理科门诊进行心理咨询的55例青少年设置为观察组,将同期到医院心理门诊进行心理咨询的另外55例青少年设置为对照组。对照组在心理干预的过程中选择常规的心理干预方法进行干预,观察组则通过心理赋能进行干预,对不同干预方法所取得的效果进行比较。结果 (1)干预前,两组青少年的心理健康量表(MSSMSH)评分和改良青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)评分无明显差异,差异不具显著性(P>0.05)。干预后,虽然两组青少年的MSSMSH评分和ASLEC评分都有转变,但观察组的转变更为显著(P<0.05)。(2)干预后,观察组(3例,占5.45%)青少年的不健康生活行为发生率明显比对照组(15例,占27.27%)低(P<0.05)。(3)干预后,观察组(52例,占94.55%)对干预的满意度明显比对照组(45例,占81.82%)更高(P<0.05)。结论 通过心理赋能对青少年进行心理干预能帮助青少年促进心理健康质量的提升,对促使青少年的健康成长具有积极的意义。 Objective To evaluate the efiect of psychological empowerment on the healthy growth of adolescents. Methods The study time was from August 2018 to August 2019. During this period, 55 adolescents who went to the outpatient department of psychology of the hospital for psychological counseling were set as the observation group, and the other 55 adolescents who went to the outpatient department of the hospital for psychological counseling during the same period were set as the control group. The control group chose conventional psychological intervention methods to intervene in the process of psychological intervention, while the observation group was intervened through psychological empowerment, to compare the efiects of difierent interventions. Results(1) Before the intervention, there was no significant difierence in the scores of Mental Health Scale(MSSMSH) and Modified Adolescent Life Events Scale(ASLEC) between the two groups, and the difierence was no significant(P>0.05). After the intervention, although the MSSMSH scores and ASLEC scores of the two groups of adolescents changed, the change in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).(2) After the intervention, the observation group(3 cases, accounting for 5.45%) the incidence of unhealthy life behaviors among adolescents was significantly lower than that in the control group(15 cases, accounting for 27.27%)(P<0.05).(3) After the intervention,the observation group(52 cases, accounting for 94.55%) satisfaction with the intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(45 cases, accounting for 81.82%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention of adolescents through psychological empowerment can help adolescents to promote the improvement of mental health quality, and can actively promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
