高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者手术前后血常规及凝血功能变化情况

Study on Routine Blood Changes before and after Operation in Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur

目的 评价手术治疗前期和后期老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者手术前后血常规变化情况。方法 选取从2018年4月至2019年1月收治于我院的54例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,通过Epidata构建数据库。使用SPSS统计软件对患者手术前和手术后的血常规变化情况进行记录和分析。结果 结合纳入标准,将所有患者全部引入到数据库中,白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白量(HGB)在手术后第1、3、7天检测结果都低于手术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中性粒细胞比值(NEUT%)手术后第5天后检测结果低于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);血小板计数(PLT)手术后第1天检测结果低于手术前期,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血小板计数(PLT)手术后第3天检测结果高于手术前对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血小板计数(PLT)手术后第5天和第7天高于手术前期,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血常规检测对于临床手术中老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者并且检测以及治疗具有一定价值,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the changes of blood routine before and after operation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods A total of 54 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects, and the database was established by Epidata. SPSS statistical software was used to record and analyze the changes of blood routine before and after surgery. Results Combined with the inclusion criteria, all patients were introduced into the database, and the results of white blood cell count(WBC), red blood cell(RBC) and hemoglobin quantity(HGB) on the 1st, 3rd and 7th days after surgery were lower than those before surgery, the difierences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The neutrophil ratio(NEUT%) on the 5th day after operation was lower than that before operation, the difierence was statistically significant(P>0.05). The results of platelet count(PLT) on the first day after operation were lower than those in the earlier period, and the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05). Platelet count(PLT) on the third day after operation was significantly higher than that before operation(P<0.05). Platelet count(PLT) on the 5th and 7th day after operation was higher than that in the early period, and the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Routine blood test is of certain value for the detection and treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur in clinical operation, and it is safe and reliable and worth promoting.
