服务设计理念下的宠物粪便垃圾回收系统设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF PET WASTE RECYCLING SYSTEM UNDER THE SERVICE DESIGN CONCEPT

在宠物粪便垃圾回收被广泛关注的社会背景下,文章从服务设计的角度探索宠物粪便垃圾回收系统科学可行的研究路径,旨在优化其功能属性,完善和拓展其服务属性,进而提高宠物粪便垃圾的回收利用率。文章以服务设计为理论基础,通过分析服务设计中的利益相关者等要素,形成以提高宠物粪便回收率为目标、多元化的交互方式及服务流程优化为手段、减少宠物粪便垃圾污染为拓展延伸的多层次、立体化的服务设计理念与方法,并通过该设计理念优化现有的宠物粪便垃圾回收装置,以此来引导整个社会对宠物粪便回收的关注。

Under the social background that pet fecal waste recycling is widely concerned,this paper explores the scientific and feasible research path of pet fecal waste recycling system from the perspective of service design,in order to optimize its functional attributes,improve and expand its service attributes,and then improve the recycling rate of pet fecal waste.Based on the theory of service design,by analyzing the stakeholders and other elements in service design,this paper forms a multilayer and three-dimensional service design concept and method with the goal of improving the recovery rate of pet feces,diversified interaction methods and service process optimization as the means,and reducing the pollution of pet feces,Through this design concept,the existing pet feces waste recycling device is optimized,so as to guide the whole society to pay attention to the way of pet feces recycling.
