某汽车动力总成质心与惯性参数测试

摘要 介绍了称重法三线摆的结构及原理,以长方块组合体为实验对象,设计了测试方案,通过测试及误差分析获得质心位置与惯性参数,将实验数据与UG理论数据对比,表明测试方案有较高的准确性。以某汽车动力总成为例,验证了实验平台的可重复性,并总结了通过四点测试、复测、增加测量点、增加测试姿态的方法。 The structure and principle of three-wire pendulum of weighing methods were introduced.The test plan was designed with rectangular assembly as experimental object.The position of the center of mass and inertial parameters were obtained through the test and error analysis.By comparison between experimental data and UG theoretical data,the result shows that the test scheme has high accuracy.Taking an automobile powertrain as an example,the repeatability of the experimental platform was verified and methods including passing four-point test,retesting,adding measurement points,and increasing test attitude in the experiment were summarized.
