摘要
给出了控制臂刚度、固有频率、拉断力、压馈力、强度的设计标准,建立控制臂有限元模型,进行了静刚度、模态、拉断力、压馈力、不同工况静强度有限元分析,结果表明,控制臂满足刚度、强度、振动特性的设计要求。
The design standards of the stiffness,natural frequency,breaking force,crushing force,and strength of the control arm were proposed.By establishing the finite element model of the control arm,the finite element analysis of static stiffness,modal,breaking force,crushing force,and static strength under different working conditions were carried out.The calculation results show that the control arm meets the design requirements of stiffness,strength,and vibration characteristics.
