基于MOOC的混合式教+学模式生物化学教学改革与实践

摘要 目的:探讨基于MOOC的混合式教+学模式在生物化学教学实践中的应用效果。方法:选取某医学院校2018级口腔医学专业本科生64人为对照组、2019级口腔医学专业本科生64人为试验组开展教学实践研究。对2组平时成绩、期末成绩进行比较,并采用调查问卷对基于MOOC的混合式教+学模式教学效果进行评价。结果:2组学生的平时成绩、期末成绩比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在参与课程反馈的学生中,全程跟随老师听课的同学约占89.06%;有56.25%的学生听课注意力集中时间在31~45 min。结论:基于MOOC的混合式教+学模式有效提高了学生学习的主动性和参与度,优化了考核方式,提高了学生的学习成绩,从整体上提升生物化学的教学质量和效果。为进一步寻找更适合生物化学的教学改革模式提供了重要的理论基础和参考依据。 Objective:To explore the application effect of Blended Teaching+Learning mode based on MOOC in Biochemistry.Methods:Sixty-four students majoring in stomatology from a Medical College in Grade 2018 were selected as the control group and 64 students majoring in stomatology from a Medical College in Grade 2019 were selected as the experimental group to carry out teaching practice research.The usual and final scores were compared between the two groups.A questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect of Blended Teaching+Learning mode based on MOOC.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the usual and final scores(P<0.05).Among the students who participated in the course feedback,89.06%followed the teacher in the whole course,and 56.25%paid attention to the class for 31-45 minutes.Conclusions:Blended teaching+Learning mode based on MOOC effectively improves students′initiative and participation in learning,optimizes the assessment method,improves students′academic performance,and improves the teaching quality and effect of Biochemistry.It provides an important theoretical basis and reference for further searching for a more suitable teaching reform mode of Biochemistry.
