摘要
介绍了企业人力资源信息系统的发展现状,指出了数字化转型下人力资源信息系统现阶段存在的不足和未来发展趋势,并结合当下企业数字化转型需求,提出了一套数据驱动的人力资源信息系统架构,并具体阐明了架构中每一层的技术实现方式,为企业数字化转型过程中人力资源信息系统建设提供了可靠的系统架构基础。
This paper introduces the present situation of enterprise human resource information system,points out the existing insufficiency at the present stage,and looks forward to the future development trend of human resource information system.This paper proposes a set of data-driven human resource information system framework according to the demand of the current enterprise digital transformation,and elaborates the technology realization mode of each layer in the framework,which provides a reliable system foundation for the enterprise digital transformation.
