摘要
航空发动机的起动过程是复杂、非线性的过程,部件法仿真得到的起动模型与真实过程存在较大差异,论文研究从起动供油到发动机转速到达慢车的起动过程建模,采用真实试车数据和Matlab系统辨识算法,经过数据处理、辨识仿真、模型验证等步骤,得到系统模型的参数。经过不断修改辨识参数,得到精确度最高的发动机仿真模型。该方法能够简单、有效应用在发动机仿真领域。
The starting process of aero-engine is a complex and nonlinear process,and there is a big difference between the starting model obtained by the component method and the real process.In this paper,the starting process from the start of oil supply to the engine speed to the idle speed is studied,used the real test data and the Matlab system identification algorithm.After data processing,identification simulation,model verification and other steps,the parameters of the system model are obtained.After continuous modification of identification parameters,the highest accuracy simulation model is obtained.This method can be simply and effectively applied in the field of engine simulation.
