集成电路是信息技术产业的基础和核心,是支撑经济社会发展和保障国家安全的战略性、基础性和先导性产业。中美贸易摩擦以来,集成电路产业自主化高端化发展越来越受到重视。本文从设计及设计工具、制造及制造装备、封测及封测装备和专用材料等领域,全面剖析江苏集成电路全产业链各环节发展水平,并针对各环节发展实际提出建议,为下一步提升集成电路产业链整体竞争力提供参考。

Integrated circuit is the foundation and core of information technology industry.It is a strategic,basic and leading industry supporting economic and social development and ensuring national security.Since the Sino US trade friction,the independent and high-end development of integrated circuit industry has attracted more and more attention.From the fields of design and design tools,manufacturing and manufacturing equipment,sealing and testing equipment and special materials,this paper comprehensively analyzes the development level of each link of Jiangsu integrated circuit industry chain,and puts forward suggestions according to the actual development of each link,so as to provide reference for improving the overall competitiveness of the integrated circuit industry chain in the next step.
