摘要
从甲方的角度,总结日常项目管理过程中存在的问题并提出解决措施,近而提升项目管理水平,缩短项目建设周期,让项目落地后更好的满足业务发展需求,助力提高公司业务发展及精细化管理水平。本文借鉴TOGAF理论及PDCA的方法。通过本课题的研究,项目建设周期缩短2个月,用户满意度提升15个百分点。因软件工程项目管理是通用性的方法,所以本文所提出的观点可推广性强。
From the perspective of Party A,summarize the problems existing in the daily project management process and propose solutions to improve the project management level,shorten the project construction cycle,and better meet the business development needs after the project is landed,and help improve the company's business development and refined management level.This article draws on the TOGAF theory and PDCA method.Through the research of this subject,the project construction period was shortened by 2 months,and the user satisfaction increased by 15%.Because software engineering project management is a universal method,the viewpoints presented in this article are highly generalizable.
