摘要
针对非均相驱油体系在矿场应用过程中部分单元存在注入或者封堵效果不理想问题,通过填砂岩心驱替实验,研究了岩心渗透率、注入速度、体系中凝胶颗粒与聚合物质量比(干重)因素对非均相驱油体系在多孔介质中流动行为的影响。结果表明:非均相驱油体系在渗透率0.5~3.4μm^(2)的岩心中能顺利注入并形成有效封堵,封堵率可达82.5%以上。注入速度和体系中凝胶颗粒与聚合物质量比对非均相驱油体系流动特征影响较大,当注入速度优选为0.5~0.75 mL/min,质量比优选为0.5∶1~0.75∶1时,非均相驱油体系在多孔介质中兼具良好的注入性能和封堵能力。
In order to solve the problem of poor injection or plugging effect of heterogeneous oil displacement system in partial units,the influences of core permeability,injection rate,mass ratio of gel particles to polymer(dry weight)on the flow behavior of heterogeneous oil displacement system in porous media were studied by sand filling core displacement experiments.The results show that when the core permeability is 0.5~3.4μm^(2),the heterogeneous oil displacement system can be injected smoothly and form effective plugging,and the plugging rate can reach more than 82.5%.The injection speed and the mass ratio of gel particles to polymer in the system have a great influence on the flow characteristics of the heterogeneous flooding system.When the injection rate is 0.50~0.75 mL/min and the mass ratio of gel particles to polymer is 0.50∶1~0.75∶1,the heterogeneous flooding system has good injection performance and plugging ability in porous media.
