基于简化LCA、TRIZ与DOE的生态设计方法与应用 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高产品或工艺的生态性能,提出了一种基于简化LCA(生命周期评价)、TRIZ(发明问题解决理论)和DOE(试验设计方法)的生态设计方法。对研究对象进行LCA评价,发现生态问题;利用TRIZ理论进行问题识别、思考、分析,得到解决方案;对解决方案进行评价,并应用DOE进行优化,得到最佳工艺参数;再利用LCA对解决方案进行评价;从而形成LCA-TRIZ-DOE循环的生态设计与优化方法。应用于皮革鞣制工艺,结果表明鞣制工艺的生态性能得到了明显提高。 In order to improve the ecological performance of products or processes,an eco-design method based on simplified LCA,TRIZ and DOE was proposed.Conduct LCA evaluation on the research object and find ecological problems.Use TRIZ theory to identify,think and analyze problems and get solutions.The solution was evaluated and optimized by DOE to obtain the best process parameters.Finally use LCA to evaluate the solution.Thus,the ecological design and optimization method of lca-triz-doe cycle was formed.The results show that the ecological properties of the tanning process have been significantly improved.
