摘要
皮革企业核心人才流失问题会对企业产生负面影响,不利于皮革企业的运营与发展,降低皮革企业的市场竞争力,同时也对其他员工产生不良影响。充分探讨了皮革企业核心人才流失背后的激励制度不合理、管理手段落后、文化建设力度不够、核心员工自身问题等原因,并提出加强核心人才培训、通过企业文化来凝聚人心、制定科学合理的薪酬制度、建立有效的激励机制等策略。
The core brain drain of leather enterprises have negative impact on the enterprise, which is not conducive to the operation and development of leather enterprises. This not only reduces the market competitiveness of leather enterprises, but also has a negative impact on other employees. The reasons behind the core brain drain of leather enterprises were discussed, such as unreasonable incentive system, backward management means, insufficient cultural construction and core employees’ own problems. Some strategies were put forward as follows: strengthening core talent training, condensing people’s hearts through corporate culture, formulating scientific and reasonable salary system and establishing effective incentive mechanism.
