摘要
为了探讨汗液、日晒因素对鞋面用皮革颜料结合牢度的影响,对皮革试样分别进行汗液老化处理和日晒老化处理,测试皮革颜色的变化。结果表明,汗液、日晒对皮革颜色牢度产生不同程度的影响。随着老化时间增加,皮革变色越明显,汗液老化168 h后,皮革变色最差为3~4级;日晒老化96 h后,皮革变色最差为2级;汗液和日晒的共同作用,使皮革出现加速老化的现象,汗液老化168 h后,日晒老化96 h,皮革变色严重,最差的变色等级低于1级。本研究可望为科学评价皮革颜色耐老化性能提供借鉴。
The colour change of leather samples was tested after sweat aging and sun aging treatment, in order to discuss the influence of sweat and sun exposure on binding fastness of upper leather to pigments.The results show that sweat and sun exposure have different effects on the color fastness of leather. As the aging time increases, the leather fades more obviously. After 168 hours of sweat aging, the worst discoloration is 3~4, after 96 hours of sun aging, the worst discoloration is 2. The combination of sweat and sun exposure, leather shows accelerated aging, after 168 hours of sweat aging and 96 hours of sun aging, leather discoloration is serious, the worst discoloration is less than 1. The experiment content can provide a basis for evaluating the aging resistance of leather color scientifically and objectively.
