摘要 3D打印技术基于三维数字模型设计,以及软件分层离散数控成型系统,通过激光束与电子束等方式按照相关层次堆积材料,以此成型。在3D打印技术的巨大冲击下,皮革制鞋行业也迎来了全新发展机遇,不仅提供了技术支持,还为设计师在造型、结构、图案设计等层面提供了新灵感。因此,通过详细阐述3D打印技术及其在制鞋中的优势,进一步分析了3D打印技术在制鞋产业发展中的应用表现,以期能够为其他鞋类或服装类设计与发展提供更多可借鉴经验。 3D printing technology is based on the design of 3D digital model. The software layered discrete NC forming system was used to stack materials according to relevant layers by means of laser beam and electron beam. Under the great impact of 3D printing technology, the leather shoe industry has also ushered in new development opportunities, which not only provided technical support, but also provided designers with new inspiration in modeling, structure and pattern design. Accordingly, by elaborating 3D printing technology and its advantages in shoe-making, the application performance of 3D printing technology in the development of shoe-making industry was further analyzed, in order to provide more reference experiences for the design and development of other footwear or clothing.
