基于形态仿生设计的传统民间童鞋工艺研究

Traditional Craftsmanship of Animal-Inspired Footwear for Children

传统的手工布艺童鞋是一种既符合仿生设计原理,又满足儿童身心发展规律的仿生鞋履形式,其工艺原理体现在形神兼备的设计宗旨,随性而为的色彩搭配方法,考究繁复的制作技艺3个方面。通过对虎头鞋、猪头鞋、蚌壳鞋、青蛙鞋、猫猫鞋、金鱼鞋、凤头鞋、兔儿鞋、鼠头鞋和鸡头鞋10种经典仿生童鞋制作工艺的实证研究,归纳总结出选鞋样、鞋底制作、鞋面装饰、绱鞋和楦鞋等传统手工制鞋核心技法,以及制作工艺步骤流程图,并以精炼的语言和直观的图解进行阐释。研究成果是传承和发展传统仿生童鞋的有效路径。

The traditional handcrafted cloth footwear for children is designed with the inspiration of animals and helps with children’s mental and physical development. The three aspects of this craftsmanship are as follows: the design which coalesces the form and spirit of animals, the bold style of color scheme and the complex decoration skills. Through the empirical research on the manufacturing process of 10 kinds of classic bionic children’s shoes, including tiger head shoes, pig head shoes, clam shell shoes, frog shoes, cat and cat shoes, goldfish shoes, phoenix head shoes, rabbit shoes, mouse head shoes and chicken head shoes, the core techniques of traditional hand-made shoes were summarized, such as shoe sample selection, sole making, upper decoration, shoes and last shoes, as well as the flow chart of manufacturing process steps. It is explained with refined language and intuitive diagrams. The research results are an effective way to inherit and develop traditional bionic children’s shoes.
