摘要 为了掌握足弓高度对足部运动特性的影响,以大学生为研究对象,对高足弓和正常足弓高度的足部运动特性进行了深入探究。本文选用的研究方法为Footscan压力板测试法,选择了高足弓和正常足弓各41名受试者,并将其在压力板上行走时产生的足底压力参数进行了记录。通过研究足底压力参数可以计算出相应的足弓系数、脚掌长度、脚掌宽度,以及支撑时长等一系列数据。通过研究数据可知,以足弓高度来看,女性双足无明显差异,男性双足具有不对称性。高足弓与正常足弓相比,在足部运动特性上也存在很大差异,在前脚掌触地时,高足弓需要的时间百分比更大,而在全部脚掌触地时,所需要的时间百分比则有所减少。 In order to grasp the influence of foot arch height on foot movement characteristics, taking college students as the research object, an in-depth study of the foot movement characteristics of high arch and normal arch height were carried out. The research method selected in this paper was the Footscan pressure plate test method. 41 subjects with high arch and normal arch were selected, and the plantar pressure parameters generated when they walk on the pressure plate were recorded. By studying the plantar pressure parameters, a series of data such as the corresponding arch coefficient, sole length, sole width and support time can be calculated. According to the research data, in terms of arch height, there is no significant difference between female feet and male feet are asymmetry. And compared with the normal arch, there is a big difference in the motion characteristics of the high arch. When the forefoot touches the ground, the high arch requires a greater percentage of time, and when all the soles touch the ground, the percentage of time required is reduced.
