考虑碳交易的凝汽式机组蓄热调峰方案研究 被引量:5

摘要 将抽汽分级蓄热应用于凝汽式机组调峰,基于能量梯级利用原则提出了“3级”和“2级”蓄放热结构,研究不同方案下调峰范围、CO_(2)排放和收益的变化。以某超超临界660 MW机组为例,将这2种蓄放热结构与已有的“单级”蓄放热结构进行比较;以40%THA工况作为起始工况,分别对1号、2号、3号回热抽汽进行蓄热。结果表明:“3级”“2级”结构的调峰范围为31.5%~45.2%,大于“单级”蓄放结构;在1个蓄放热周期内,蓄热调峰方案的碳排放量与无蓄热的对照方案几乎相等,碳配额却少于对照方案,导致碳交易收益减小,但加上各蓄热方案的调峰收益后,总收益均高于对照方案,其中总收益最高的是“3级”结构的“蓄一抽”方案。 The extraction staged heat storage is applied to condensing unit peak shaving,and“three-stage”and“two-stage”heat storage and release structures are put forward based on the principle of energy cascade utilization.The changes of peak shaving range,CO_(2) emission and income under different schemes are studied.Taking an ultra supercritical 660 MW unit as an example,the above two heat storage and release structures are compared with the existing“single-stage”heat storage and release structure.The 40% THA working condition is taken as the initial working condition to store heat for No.1,No.2 and No.3 regenerative extraction steam,respectively.The results show that,the peak shaving range of the“three-stage”and“two-stage”structure is 31.5%~45.2%,which is greater than that of the“single-stage”storage and discharge structure.In a heat storage and release cycle,the carbon emission of the heat storage peak shaving scheme is almost equal to that of the control scheme without heat storage,but the carbon quota is less than that of the control scheme,resulting in the reduction of carbon trading income.However,after adding the peak shaving income of each heat storage scheme,the total income is higher than that of the control scheme,and the scheme that“storages extraction steam of the first stage of high pressure heater”with“three-stage”structure has the highest total income.
