计及风储拓扑结构的调频和平波抑动研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对风储系统中储能调频和平波抑动性能受风储拓扑结构影响的问题,首先,分析了3种典型风储拓扑结构及其控制特点,明确安装位置对储能应用的影响;其次,为提高风储系统应用性能,构建了风机直流侧电容参与调频和平波抑动的能力模型,并在此基础上,提出了调频和平波抑动场景下的风储协调控制策略和评估指标,定量评估其影响作用;最后,在MATLAB/Simulink平台中进行了含风储系统的电网频率特性及输出功率波动仿真。结果表明:储能系统安装在风机直流侧更有利于提升储能调频和平波抑动性能。 The frequency modulation and flat wave suppression performance of energy power storage system is affected by topological structure of the wind power storage system.Against this topic,firstly,three typical topological structures of wind power storage system and their control characteristics are analyzed to clarify the influence of installation location of energy storage system on energy storage applications.Secondly,in order to improve the application performance of the wind power storage system,the model of DC-link capacitor of wind turbine participating in frequency modulation and wave suppression is established.On this basis,the coordination control strategy and evaluation indexes for the wind power storage system are further proposed to quantitatively evaluate the influence of the wind power storage system on frequency modulation and wave suppression scenarios.Finally,the grid frequency characteristics and output power fluctuationof the wind power storage system are simulated on the MATLAB/Simulink platform.The result shows that,installing the energy storage system on DC side of the wind turbine is more beneficial to improve the frequency modulation and wave suppression performance.
