塔式直流锅炉再热汽温偏低调整试验及优化策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对某超临界塔式直流锅炉中、低负荷再热汽温偏低的问题,通过低负荷再热汽温调整试验,以及当前中、低负荷再热汽温低的原因分析,提出了低负荷稳燃燃烧器改造、受热面改造以及锅炉运行优化等联合治理整体方案。整体方案实施后,锅炉中、低负荷下的再热汽温明显提高,40%BRL下锅炉再热蒸汽出口温度由537.9℃提升至563.9℃,50%BRL下,锅炉再热蒸汽出口温度由537.9℃提升至559.4℃,这两种负荷下机组供电煤耗分别降低1.64、1.36 g/(kW·h),合计每年节约锅炉燃料成本约125万元。在锅炉深度调峰负荷(30%BRL)下,再热蒸汽出口温度可由541.6℃提升至560.9℃,提升幅度为19.3℃;过热蒸汽出口温度可由560.8℃提升至571.9℃,提升幅度为11.1℃。 Aiming at solving the problem of low reheat steam temperature at medium and low load in a supercritical once-through tower boiler,the low load reheat steam temperature adjustment test was carried out,and the reason for low reheat steam temperature at medium and low load was analyzed.The overall plan for joint treatment of stable combustion burner transformation,heating surface transformation and boiler operation optimization was proposed.After the implementation of the overall plan,the reheat steam temperature of the boiler at medium and low loads significantly increased.The outlet temperature of the reheat steam increased from 537.9℃ to 563.9℃ under 40% BRL condition,and from 537.9℃ to 559.4℃ under 50%BRL condition,and the coal consumption of power supply of the unit under these two conditions reduced by 1.64 g/(kW·h)and 1.36 g/(kW·h)respectively,and the total annual saving of boiler fuel cost was about 1.25 million yuan.Under 30% BRL condition(the boiler’s deep peak load regulation),the outlet temperature of reheat steam can increase from 541.6℃ to 560.9℃,with an increase of 19.3℃,and the outlet temperature of the superheated steam can increase from 560.8℃ to 571.9℃,with an increase of 11.1℃.
