eLTE无线专网在智能电厂中应用研究

Application of eLTE wireless private network technology in smart power plants

随着网络技术的普及和电力行业数字化的发展,采用无线网络或有线网络进行智能电厂建设得到越来越多的关注和应用。在分析eLTE无线专网的技术特征基础上,主要探讨了宿迁电厂智能化建设中e LTE无线专网的搭建和应用情况,挖掘了eLTE专网具备的集群能力、视频能力、语音能力、数据能力、短消息能力等,利用eLTE无线专网实现全厂无线覆盖,并根据测试结果及电厂实际优化网络设置,保证全厂各处信号满足应用需求。基于eLTE无线专网,在宿迁电厂实现了厂内人员定位、可视化检修、环境监测、六大管道监测、移动应用等场景应用,实际应用效果良好,为智能电厂基础网络建设提供了示范。

With the popularization of network technology and the digital development of power industry,using both wired and wireless networks for smart power plant construction has drawn and obtained more and more attentions and applications.Based on the analysis of technical characteristics of eLTE wireless special network,the actual construction and application situation of the eLTE wireless private network in the construction of the smart power plant of Suqian power plant is discussed,the cluster capability,video capability,voice capability,data capability and short message capability of the eLTE special network are digged,the eLTE wireless special network is used to achieve the full plant wireless coverage,and the network settings are optimized according to the test results and actual situation of the plant,to ensure that the signal in the whole plant meets the application requirements.Based on eLTE wireless private network,the application exploration is carried out in the scenarios of personnel positioning,visual maintenance,environmental monitoring,six pipeline monitoring and mobile application in Suqian plant,and good application results are achieved.The result provides a demonstration for the basic network construction of smart power plants.
