摘要
针对静电式空气净化装置单区结构存在的效率不稳定、臭氧浓度超过舒适浓度的问题,分析了净化效率与电离段电压、面风速、臭氧浓度等因素的关系,改进了静电式空气净化装置的结构设计。通过理论建模分析和样机试验测试,确定了最优的结构设计参数。试验结果表明:采用双区4排的结构设计,净化装置稳定在高效率的同时,臭氧尾气浓度满足健康标准要求。试验得到的结论可为静电式空气净化装置的改进与优化提供技术参考和数据支撑。
To solve the problems of insufficient efficiency and ozone emission of high concentration in the single-zone structure of electrostatic air purification devices,we analyzed the relationship between purification efficiency and ionization zone voltage,surface wind speed,ozone and other factors and improved the structure design of the electrostatic air purification device.The optimal structure design parameters were determined through theoretical modeling analysis and prototype test.The test results show that adopting the dual-zone four-row structure design,the purification device is stable at high efficiency and its ozone tail gas concentration meets the requirements of health standards.This provides technical reference and data support for the improvement and optimization of electrostatic air purification devices.
