海上油田精细注水管理方法研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 由于储层和生产特点,渤海N油田存在注水井注入压力上升快、分层调配有效期差异大、精细注水监测滞后等问题,精细注水管理提升需求迫切。为此,渤海N油田采取了以下精细注水管理措施:考虑近井地带污染对注入压力的影响,通过引入附加压降,对注水压差进行了修正,对最大井口注入压力进行优化;首次明确了合理调配周期,形成了注水井差异化调配的管理方法;通过挖掘现有作业数据,在不增加成本的基础上,实现了对分注井精细注水质量的及时监测。实施海上油田精细注水管理措施后,N油田自然递减率减缓2.1%,节约作业成本4.4%。矿场实践证明,应用精细注水管理方法可以显著提升注水开发效果,降低油水井作业成本,油田开发效益显著提高。 Due to the characteristics of reservoir and production, in Bohai N oilfield, there are the problems of rapid rise of injection pressure of water injection wells, large difference in effective period of layering allocation and lag of fine water injection monitoring.Therefore, there is an urgent need for the improvement of fine water injection management. Therefore, Bohai N oilfield has taken the following fine water injection management measures: considering the impact of near-wellbore zone pollution on injection pressure, the water injection pressure difference is corrected by introducing additional pressure drop, and the maximum wellhead injection pressure is optimized;The reasonable allocation cycle is defined for the first time, and the management method of differential allocation of water injection wells is formed;By mining the existing operation data, the real-time monitoring of injected water quality of layering injection wells is realized without increasing the cost. After the application of fine water injection management measures, the natural decline rate of N oilfield is reduced by 2.1% and the operation cost is reduced by 4.4%. Field practice shows that the application of fine water injection management method can significantly improve the effect of water injection development, reduce the operation cost of oil and water wells, and significantly improve the development efficiency of the oilfield.
