储罐牺牲阳极保护电位测试方法研究

摘要 针对储罐空间密闭、外部难以测量内壁牺牲阳极保护电位的问题,提出并对比了自循迹式、一体式两种检测装置测量储罐内壁保护电位的情况。通过储罐模型试验模拟验证,Al-Zn-In系阳极数量与分布能够达到阳极保护的效果;两种方法的测试电位值均在(-1.0±0.1)V波动。一体式检测装置的误差低于4%,自循迹式检测器的误差约为10%。结果表明,储罐阳极服役后期其保护电位测试应以一体式测试装置为主,自循迹式测试装置为辅。 Aiming at the problem that the space in an storage tank is closed and it is difficult to measure the protection potential of sacrificial anodes on the inner wall of the storage tank, two kinds of self-tracking and integrated detection devices are proposed, and the results of the protection potential measured by the two devices are compared. The simulation test results of storage tank model shows that the number and distribution of designed Al-Zn-In anodes can achieve the protection effect of the anodes;The potential values tested using the two detection devices fluctuate between(-1.0 ± 0.1) V. The error of the integrated detection device is less than 4%, and the error of the self-tracking detector is about 10%. Therefore, in the later service period of storage tank anodes, the protection potential test should be mainly based on the integrated test device, supplemented by the self-tracking test device.
