摘要
玛湖029_H井位于新疆准噶尔盆地中央坳陷玛湖凹陷南斜坡玛湖1井区,目的层二叠系上乌尔禾组,以灰色、褐灰色砂质砾岩为主,局部破碎带、裂缝发育,钻井施工中易发生溢、漏、垮等复杂事故。玛湖029_H井为直导眼侧钻水平井,造斜段及水平段采用油基泥浆体系、螺杆及旋转导向工具、随钻封堵、井筒清洁、钻井参数优化、ECD控制等技术,圆满完成施工任务。玛湖029_H井完钻井深6272 m,水平段长3038m,Ф139.7 mm套管完井下深6266 m,刷新区块井深最深、水平段最长等多项纪录,对玛湖1井区水平井施工具有一定的借鉴作用。
Mahu 029_H well is located in Mahu 1 wellbock,south slope of Mahu sag,central depression,Junggar Basin,Xinjiang.Its target layer is upper Wuerhe formation of Permian system,mainly composed of gray and brownish gray sandy conglomerate.Local fracture zones and fractures are developed,and therefore,complex accidents such as overflow,lost circulation and collapse are easy to occur during drilling.Mahu 029_H well is a straight pilot hole sidetracking horizontal well.Oil-based mud system,screw and rotary steerable tool,plugging while drilling,wellbore cleaning,drilling parameter optimization,ECD control and other technologies are used in the deviation segment and horizontal segment to successfully complete the construction task of the well.The drilling depth of the well is 6272 m,and the length of horizontal section is 3038 m,TheФ139.7 mm completion casing reaches to the depth of 6266 m.The well refreshes many records such as well depth and horizontal section length in the block,and it can be used as a reference for the construction of horizontal wells in Mahu 1 well block.
