摘要
胰岛素的100年研发应用历史为我们的临床提供了丰富的制剂选择,过去的临床实践也积累了如何选择、应用胰岛素的经验与证据。本文将从理想的胰岛素方案出发,比较预混胰岛素与基础-餐时胰岛素这两种治疗方案在降糖疗效、安全性、依从性等方面的特点,并且结合我国2型糖尿病患者的实际情况,就我国2型糖尿病的胰岛素治疗方案选择进行了探讨,以期为临床医生提供参考。
The centenary history of insulin research,development and application has provided us with a wealth of preparation and choices for insulin regimen.The experience and evidence on how to select and apply insulin have been accumulated in past clinical practice.This review starts from optimal insulin regimen,and compares the characteristics of hypoglycemic effect,safety and compliance in two therapeutic strategies,namely premixed insulin and basal-mealtime insulin.And combined with the actual situation of type 2 diabetes patients in China,the choice of insulin treatment for type 2 diabetes in China was discussed,with aiming to provide suggestions for clinicians.
