比索洛尔、伊伐布雷定治疗射血分数保留心力衰竭的效果及安全性探究

Efficacy and Safety of Bisoprolol and Ivabradine in the Treatment of HFpEF

目的:研究比索洛尔、伊伐布雷定治疗射血分数保留心衰衰竭(HFpEF)的效果及安全性。方法:选取2019年2月至2021年1月永城市人民医院收治的100例HFpEF患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例,对照组采用常规治疗及比索洛尔治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用伊伐布雷定治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前后的静息心率(HR)、血清N-末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平及6分钟步行距离(6MWD)。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,研究组(98.00%)高于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组HR、血清NT-proBNP水平低于治疗前,6MWD长于治疗前,且研究组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率(8.00%vs 12.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:伊伐布雷定联合比索洛尔治疗HFpEF疗效显著,安全性较高,且能够明显降低患者的HR、血清NT-proBNP水平,延长6MWD,值得推广。

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of bisoprolol and ivabredine in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Methods:100 patients with HFpEF treated in Yongchen People's Hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and bisoprolol treatment,and the study group received ivabradine treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,resting heart rate(HR),serum level of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide proBNP(NT-proBNP)and 6-minute walking distance(6MWD)before and after treatment were compared between 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HR and plasma NT-proBNP in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and 6MWD was longer than before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the study group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups(8.00%vs 12.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ivabredine combined with bisoprolol has significant efficacy and high safety in the treatment of HFpEF,and can significantly reduce HR and plasma NT-proBNP levels,prolong 6MWD in patients,which is worthy of promotion.
