On the Integration of Comprehensive Quality Training into Vocational College Students Career Courses in the Post-Epidemic Era

后疫情时代,高职生需要提高自身综合素质以应对严峻的就业形势,但其综合素质仍存在创新意识不足、心理素质较差等问题。这也对高校的综合素质教育提出新要求,需要在职业价值观引导、心理素质提高、非专业素质和创新素质培养等方面予以加强。职业生涯教育关注学生的全面发展,其教育内容与综合素质教育内容存在可融合的部分,探索从职业道德、心理素质、职业素质和创新素质等内容为切入点,有针对性地将综合素质培养自然融入到职业生涯课程中,是一种有益尝试。

In the post-epidemic era,vocational college students need to improve their comprehensive quality in order to cope with the severe employment situation.This also puts forward new requirements for the liberal education of colleges and universities,which need to be strengthened in such aspects as the guidance of professional values,the improvement of psychological quality,the cultivation of non professional quality and the cultivation of innovative quality.Career Education is concerned with the overall development of students,and there is an integrated part between the content of education and the content of the liberal education,it is a beneficial attempt to integrate the comprehensive quality training into the professional career course.
