新冠疫情防控常态化形势下医学研究生的就业问题探究——以昆明医科大学为例

Research on the Employment of Medical Postgraduates under the Normal Situation of COVID-19 Prevention and Control——Take Kunming Medical University as an Example

本项研究收集2017-2020年昆明医科大学医学类毕业研究生的年终就业数据,客观分析就业情况和疫情对就业的影响。研究发现:医学类研究生毕业去向落实率较高,大部分学生毕业后会从事与专业相关的工作,选择到西部地区和基层单位工作的研究生越来越多。在政府、高校、用人单位等相关部门的共同努力下,各项稳就业举措有效缓解疫情对我校医学类毕业研究生就业的负面冲击,2020年毕业生毕业去向落实率和就业结构未受明显负面影响。在常态化疫情防控背景下,就业价值观教育应该摆在更加突出的位置,要持续强化医学研究生思想教育和价值引领,引导学生调整就业期望,树立正确的就业观。

This study collected the year-end employment data of Kunming Medical University postgraduates from 2017 to 2020 and made an objective analysis of the employment situation and the impact of the epidemic situation on employment.The study shows that the employment rate of medical postgraduates in our university is relatively high,and most of the students will be engaged in jobs related to their majors after graduation.More and more graduate students choose to work in western regions and grassroots units.With the concerted efforts of the government,universities,employing units and other relevant departments,various supportive measures have rolled out to stabilize employment have effectively alleviated the negative impact of the epidemic on the employment of medical postgraduates in our university.In 2020,the employment implementation rate and employment structure of graduates are not obvious negative effects.Under the background of normal COVID-19 prevention and control,it is particularly important to continuously strengthen ideological education and value guidance for medical graduates,guide students to adjust their employment expectations,and establish a correct employment outlook.
