基于“互联网+”的大学生就业创业力培养探析

An Analysis on the Cultivation of College Students’Employment and Entrepreneurship Ability Based on"Internet+"

我国的高等教育已经从精英教育走向大众化教育,社会对人才的质量要求却在不断提高。高校规模扩大,固然可以使更多的学生获得接受高等教育的机会,但也加剧了大学生就业创业的压力,"互联网+"为社会提供各行各业的就业创业机会,在新形势下大学生就业创业也呈现出新的特点。深入了解"互联网+"的含义特点,分析"互联网+"时代大学生就业创业的机遇与挑战,探寻"互联网+"时代大学生就业创业的新出路,帮助学生了解就业形势,提高就业创业意识,完善自身职业素养,进而提升就业创业能力。

China’s higher education has changed from elite education to popular education,but the social quality requirements for talents are constantly improving.Admittedly,the expansion of the scale of colleges and universities can provide more students with opportunities to receive higher education,but it also aggravates the employment and entrepreneurship pressure of college students."Internet+"provides employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for all walks of life for the society,and college students’employment and entrepreneurship also show new characteristics under the new situation.This paper makes an in-depth understanding of the meaning and characteristics of"Internet+",analyzes the opportunities and challenges of employment and entrepreneurship for college students in the era of"Internet+",and explores new ways of employment and entrepreneurship for college students in the era of"Internet+",so as to help students understand the employment situation,improve their awareness of employment and entrepreneurship,improve their professional quality,and further enhance their employment and entrepreneurship ability.
