民办高校本科生就业认知与质量反馈——基于陕西9所民办高校的调查 被引量:2

Employment Awareness and Quality Feedback of Undergraduates in Private Universities——Based on a Survey of 9 Private Universities in Shanxi

摘要 基于对陕西9所民办高校696份在校生和往届毕业生2020-2021年两个年度的调研数据,通过独立样本T检验、信度、效度检验,运用SEM模型,研究民办高校在校本科生和毕业本科生对就业的认知和反馈评价。分析结果表明:本科生在校期间获奖次数和级别与毕业后短期内薪资水平成正相关关系;在校期间科研能力与水平直接影响毕业后短期内工作匹配性与满意度;在校期间明确而清晰的职业规划与毕业后从事工作的稳定性呈因果关系;学生各项社会能力对毕业后就业质量产生显著的直接影响。据此提出几点政策建议:积极落实并高质量开展学生职业规划,切忌形式主义;民办高校,应该定位明确,瞄准应用型人才培养这个主题,在双创教育上狠下功夫;积极关注小微企业和本地产业,寻求合作共同发展;充分利用民办高校体制灵活的优势,不断改进地方高校性政治组织的运行效率。研究在校生对就业的认知和毕业生就业质量的反馈对民办高等教育改革和大学生就业选择具有借鉴意义。 This paper is based on the survey data of 546 current students and past graduates of 9 private universities in Shaanxi from 2020 to 2021.Through independent sample T test,reliability and validity test,and using SEM model to study private universities Undergraduates and graduating undergraduates’perception and feedback on employment.The analysis results show that:The number of awards and grades of undergraduates during the school period are positively related to the salary level in the short term after graduation;The research ability and level during the school period directly affects job matching and satisfaction in the short term after graduation A clear and clear career plan during school is causally related to the stability of work after graduation;Students’various social abilities have a significant direct impact on the quality of employment after graduation.Based on this,four policy recommendations are put forward:Actively implement and carry out high-quality student career planning,and avoid formalism;Private universities should have a clear positioning,aiming at the theme of application-oriented talent training,and make great efforts in innovation and innovation education.Kung Fu;Actively pay attention to small and micro enterprises and local industries,and seek cooperation and common development;Make full use of the advantages of the flexible system of private colleges and universities to continuously improve the operational efficiency of local college-based political organizations.Studying the cognition of students on employment and the feedback of graduates’employment quality have reference significance for the reform of private higher education and the employment choices of college students.
