赛肤润防治放疗致放射性皮炎效果的Meta分析

Effect of Sanyrene in the prevention and treatment of radiodermatitis caused by radiotherapy:a Meta-analysis

目的:系统评价赛肤润防治放疗所致放射性皮炎的效果。方法:计算机检索the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMbase、PubMed、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于赛肤润防治放射性皮炎的研究,检索时间为各数据库建库至2021年5月,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8项随机对照研究。Meta分析结果显示,与常规护理相比,赛肤润可提高放射野皮肤良好率[RR=3.09,95%CI(2.20,4.33),P<0.00001];降低Ⅱ~Ⅳ度放射性皮炎发生率[RR=0.42,95%CI(0.36,0.49),P<0.00001];延迟放射性皮炎发生的时间[MD=3.73,95%CI(3.12,4.35),P<0.00001]。结论:现有证据表明,赛肤润可降低放射野皮肤损伤程度,同时推迟放射性皮炎出现的时间。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of Sanyrene in the prevention and treatment of radiodermatitis caused by radiotherapy.Methods:Studies on Sanyrene in the prevention and treatment of radiodermatitis were searched from the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMbase,PubMed,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and CBM.The retrieval time was from inception to May 2021.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 8 studies were included.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with routine nursing,Sanyrene could improve the good rate of radiation field skin[RR=3.09,95%CI(2.20,4.33),P<0.00001];reduce the incidence of gradeⅡtoⅣradiodermatitis[RR=0.42,95%CI(0.36,0.49),P<0.00001];delayed time of radiodermatitis[MD=3.73,95%CI(3.12,4.35),P<0.00001].Conclusions:Current evidences show that Sanyrene can reduce the degree of radiation field skin damage and delay the occurrence of radiodermatitis.
