摘要
为进一步推广主动径向转向架的工程应用,提出一种嵌入式主动径向执行单元设计方案。该方案将嵌入式主动径向执行单元内嵌于轴箱,简化了主动径向控制和纵向悬挂机构的结构布置,便于用户运维。同时,基于主动径向系统各轮对间的空间同步要求,提出了一种控制指令优化模式,并针对设计方案中液压齿轮泵流量死区特性对执行单元控制精度的影响,提出了该优化模式中控制步长这一关键参数的边界条件。最后通过试验验证了该优化模式的有效性。
In order to further promote the engineering application of active radial bogie,an embedded active radial actuator scheme is proposed. In this scheme,the actuator is embedded in the axle box,which simplifies the structural arrangement of the system of active radial control and longitudinal suspension,making operation and maintenance easy for users. Meanwhile,a control instruction optimization mode is proposed based on the synchronization requirement of space between the wheelsets of the active radial system. In view of how the flow-dead-zone characteristics of the hydraulic gear pump in the design scheme influences the actuator control accuracy,the boundary condition of the key parameter of control step-size in the mode is proposed. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed mode is verified through experiments.
