摘要
CRH3G型高速动车组的车载电气综合柜中安装有电压为440 V/60 Hz的动力单元水泵风扇、变压器油泵风扇和牵引通风机的空开,同时也安装了110V直流电压电气设备,且柜内空间有限。为了分析440 V的电缆是否会对电气柜内的低压弱电设备造成干扰,建立了空开动作和空开不动作两种情况下440 V交流电缆与110 V直流电缆的串扰分析仿真模型。仿真结果表明,空开不动作时440 V高压输电线中的信号不会通过线间串扰方式干扰电气柜内的弱电设备,但空开动作时大的瞬态脉冲骚扰信号可能会对110V弱电设备造成干扰。最后基于仿真分析结果,给出了减少线间串扰的电气综合柜布线的建议措施。
Inside the on-board integrated electrical cabinet of CRH3G high-speed EMU installs the ACB(air-circuit breaker)of 440 V/60 Hz power unit hydraulic fan,of transformer oil pump fan and of traction ventilator,as well as 110 V DC voltage electrical equipment.The cabinet space is limited.To analyze whether the 440 V cable will cause interference to low-voltage weak-current equipment inside the cabinet,the analysis simulation model of crosstalk between 440 V AC and 110 V DC cables under conditions of ACB working and not working is established.Simulation results show that the signal in 440 V high voltage electricity transmission cables do not disturb the weak-current equipment in the electrical cabinet through crosstalk interference between cables when ACB is not working.But large transient impulsive disturbance signal may interfere with the 110 V weak-current equipment when ACB is working.Finally,based on the simulation analysis results,suggested solutions of integrated electrical cabinet wiring for lowering crosstalk between cables are proposed.
