摘要
潜水泵排水在地铁盾构隧道的普通道床区段具有较好的使用条件,但在钢弹簧浮置板道床段,因其不具备抽排浅积水的能力,应用受到很大限制。对比了利用地铁盾构隧道内部空间采用潜水泵或真空装置排水的施工要求和排水效果,提出了一种将潜水泵和真空装置组合的专用排水技术,并对该技术的工作原理及优缺点进行分析。该组合式排水技术具备了潜水泵排水技术和真空排水技术在高效排水和清除残留废水上的优势,经济效益明显。
General monolithic track bed of metro shield tunnel provides good condition for adopting submersible pump drainage,however the application of which is greatly limited in section of steel spring floating slab track bed due to lack of the ability to extract shallow water.Construction requirements and drainage effects are compared between submersible pump drainage and vacuum device drainage in the inner space of metro shield tunnel,and a special drainage technology combining both is proposed.The working principle,advantages and disadvantages of this technology are analyzed.This combined drainage technology possesses the advantages of large flow drainage and residual waste-water removal from both respectively,with evident economic benefits.
