摘要
电网级联崩溃导致全球多次大规模停电的事故时有发生,造成巨大的经济损失,但是目前国内外学者尚未针对电气特性来建立与实际吻合的数学模型,为此,针对传统电网级联模型不精确的问题,建立了考虑有功和视在功率因素的新型电网级联崩溃模型。此外,还研究了雪崩指数、可调参数、有功和视在功率负载的容差参数对于电网级联特性的影响,以此来提高传统模型的精确性,实现对电网级联故障的精准预判,避免级联崩溃,为改善电网结构提供有益参考。最后,通过算例来验证模型的有效性,进一步实现模型的一般化应用,具有理论与实际意义。
The cascading collapse of the power grid has resulted in many large-scale power outages in the world from time to time with huge economic losses.However,there are not any mathematical models consistent with the realities based on the electrical characteristics.Therefore,aiming at the imprecision of the traditional cascading models of power grid,a new cascading collapse model of the power grid considering the factors of active power and apparent power is set up.In addition,this paper also studies the impact of avalanche index,adjustable parameters,tolerance parameters of the active power and apparent power load on grid cascading characteristics,so as to improve the accuracy of the traditional models,predict the cascade failure accurately,and avoid the cascading collapse,which provides a useful reference for improving the grid structure.Finally,the paper applies the model to the famous European blackout to verify the effectiveness and further realize the general application of this model,which has significant theoretical and practical significance.
