摘要 推广智能用电新技术是挖掘配电网用户侧能效提升的关键技术手段,从提升用能智慧化出发,综述加强可测及可控能力的智能用电新技术发展应用情况。进一步从技术价值、市场价值、市场导向3个方面,建立智能用电新技术应用成熟度评价指标体系和描述体系。综合考虑评价指标的重要度和影响度,采用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和模糊评价分析理论,构建智能用电新技术应用成熟度模型。结合具体实例分析,提出技术应用成熟度评价、薄弱环节分析及电网应用目标导向敏感性分析的技术成熟度模型实用化分析思路,为智能用电新技术在智能配电网的规划应用提供借鉴参考。 Promotion of the new intelligent power consumption technologies is a key technical means to excavate the energy efficiency improvement on the user side of the distribution network.Starting from the promotion of smart energy use,this paper reviews the development and application of new intelligent power consumption technologies that strengthen the abilities to measure and control.Furthermore,from three major perspectives of technology value,market value,and market orientation,it establishes an evaluation index system and the description system for the application maturity of intelligent power consumption technologies.Comprehensively considering the importance and influence of the evaluation indicators,the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation analysis theory to construct the application maturity model of the new intelligent power consumption technologies.Combined with the analysis of specific examples,it also proposes the practical analysis ideas of the technology maturity model for technology application maturity evaluation,weak link analysis and power grid application target-oriented sensitivity analysis,which can provide references for the popularization and application of new intelligent power consumption technologies in the intelligent distribution network.
