引气方式对免蒸压陶粒轻质混凝土隔墙板性能影响 被引量:2

摘要 对比研究了标准养护条件下引气剂引气和泡沫剂发泡的免蒸压陶粒轻质混凝土(NCLC)的性能,分析了其机理;进而采用优选配比,分析了干热养护条件下引气和发泡对NCLC隔墙板试件面密度、抗压强度和干缩性能的影响。结果表明,优选的NCLC配合比为水胶比0.30、砂胶比2.0,陶粒绝对体积掺量15%,混凝土目标湿密度为1650 kg/m^(3);干热养护条件下,引气NCLC和发泡NCLC隔墙板试件的面密度、抗压强度和干缩性能均能符合JG/T 169—2016《建筑隔墙板用轻质条板通用技术要求》要求。利用引气剂引入气泡在相同密度时抗压强度较高,干缩值略低,是较优的NCLC制备方式。 A special air entraining agent was used to study the mix ratio of Non-autoclaved Ceramsite Lightweight Concrete(NCLC) under standard curing conditions,and the mechanism was analyzed by comparing it with the performance of NCLC foamed with foaming agent.Furthermore,the effect of air entraining agent and foaming agent on the area density,compressive strength and dry shrinkage of the NCLC partition wallboard under the dry-heat curing condition was carried out.The preferred NCLC mix ratio is sand-binder ratio 2.0,water-binder ratio 0.30,the absolute volume of ceramsite is 15%,concrete target wet density is 1650 kg/m^(3).The result shows that the area density,compressive strength and dry shrinkage performance of the air entrained NCLC and foamed NCLC partition wallboard under dry-heat curing conditions can meet the requirements of the General Technical Requirements of Light Weight Panel Used for Building Partition(JG/T 169—2016).It is more efficient to use air entraining agent to prepare NCLC because the compressive strength is higher at the same density,and the drying shrinkage is lower.
